The focused Corrective Exercise Training session uses an integral approach towards helping the client learn fundamentals and principles for rehab,  general preparedness or specific athletic goals.  Current body mechanics, existing injuries and muscle imbalances are responsibly assessed. The goal is to make the clients weakness a strength.

The client should expect future independence, confidence and proficiency in personal programming and fundamentals.

Clients can also expect increased power, range of motion, better posture, greater mobility and strategies for optimal recovery.
